Keep your customers supplied with freshly fried foods using the Standard Range solid state fryer. Solid state control expands capabilities from the millivolt control. Unlike the traditional millivolt control fryer, solid state control fryer runs on an external electrical source which means you won't need to manually light the pilot. It also provides greater temperature control so that you can precisely adjust the unit temperature within the 180 - 375˚F range with a plus or minus 3˚F reactivity. A more precise temperature control gives you more consistent quality of products being fried. Also a melt cycle allows you to gradually melt your shortening and maximizes your oil life span.The Standard Range commercial restaurant fryers are designed to handle deep frying tasks in busy commercial establishments.
Standard features within this model include two nickel plated baskets. Stainless steel tank makes this model easy to clean while also protecting from rust and corrosion. What's more, every unit of the Standard Range Fryer can be cleaned and wiped down by hand. Ample code zones and sloping bottoms help collect and get rid of sediment from fry-pots in order to safeguard oil quality. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
