Does the gas cooking equipment require and come with regulator? Do I need to install it?
Recommended brand Cookline and Standard Range Commercial Gas Ranges, Griddles, Charbroilers and Salamanders require and come with regulator. It is packed with the product and you will need to install the regulator by following the instruction of manual or by our authorized technician. While Gas fryers, Pasta Cookers and Convection Ovens come with combination valve with built-in regulator, no extra gas regulator required.
