Information Sharing
Kitchenall promises to use information only to serve you better and will not divulge this information to 3rd parties except where absolutely necessary to process a given order. For example, providing data to credit card processing agent to process a credit card, or sending your address to FedEx in order to make a delivery. All of the information we receive from you in the registration process is transmitted over a secure server and kept in a secure location. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are treated separately and more strictly than the above; see SMS/Text Messaging below.
SMS/Text Messaging
Kitchenall LLC offers order-related text message notifications to customers who provide a mobile number and agree to receive them. These messages are transactional and relate only to orders you have placed — for example order confirmation, preparation, shipment, delivery, and delivery problems. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
What we collect, and how it is used for messaging
For text messaging we collect the mobile number you give us, your agreement to be texted, and the date that agreement was given. We use them for one purpose: to send you the status of your own orders. We do not use them to build profiles, and we do not use them for advertising.
How we obtain your consent
You give consent by checking the SMS notifications box when you place an order on our website. The box is not selected by default, and an order can be completed without it. You may also give consent verbally when you place or discuss an order with a Kitchenall representative; in that case we record the consent, the mobile number, and the date it was given. Consent is recorded against the mobile number you provide at that time. We never purchase, rent, or obtain mobile numbers or consent from third parties.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with the status of your order. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping messages, and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details on our Contact page.
Mobile information sharing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Freight Damage
By purchasing from Kitchenall you agree to inspect your shipment for damage before you sign to accept it. Damage found after a deliveryn Good Condition” must be handled directly with the carrier through a concealed damage claim. If unacceptable damage is found, REFUSEDELIVERY. A replacement product will be shipped as soon as possible. Your shipment is insured against freight damage as long as that damage is refused. You will find that the Kitchenall.com checkout process cannot be completed without agreeing to this prior to payment. If you have any question at time of delivery, call us.
Payments
Kitchenall accepts payments via American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, as well as Check, Bank Transfer. A 5% discount will automatically be applied for check or bank transfer payments. Kitchenall reserves the right to limit acceptable payment methods for Special order or Built to order products, discounted orders, or orders which exceed $1000. In such cases payment methods may be limited to one or all of the following methods: Amernsfer. Visa, Mastercard, Discover may not be accepted for these types of orders.
