Freight Damage

By purchasing from Kitchenall you agree to inspect your shipmet for damage before you sign to accept it. Damage found after a delivery has been signed for “In Good Condition” must be handled directly with the carrier through a concealed damage claim. If unacceptable damage is found, REFUSE DELIVERY. A replacement product will be shipped as soon as possible. Your shipmment is insured against freight damage as long as that damage is refused. You will find that the Kitchenall.com checkout process can not be completed without agreeing to this prior to payment. If you have any question at time of delivery, call us.

Payments

Kitchenall accepts payments via American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, as well as Check, Bank Transfer. A 5% discount will automatically be applied for check or bank transfer payments. Kitchenall reserves the right to limit acceptable payment methods to for Special order or Built to order products, discounted orders, or orders which exceed $1000. In such cases payment methods may be limited to one or all of the following methods; American Express, Check, Bank Transfer. Visa, Mastercard, Discover may not be accepted for these types of orders.
