Programmed In Safety

If the ignition fails 3 times, the deck oven will automatically shut down. Durable Blodgett Alternative
We replaced a Blodgett oven with this and have been delighted with the product and performance, as well as the not insignificant amount of money we saved by switching brands.

Maximum Usage Convection Oven
We purchased this convection oven at the beginning of the year for our catering company as substitute to our used oven we bought when we started the business. This oven gets maximum usage from roasting, baking pies, pastries, cookies etc. It keeps the temperature consistent and produces great tasting food. As this current pandemic is happening our catering company is helping out with charity work. We might have to purchase another one to keep up with the helping delivery food to those in need.
