The EmberGlo 31NC features the exclusive Flaretrol system which is the best effective means of flame flare-up control for open hearth broiling. When the grease starts to flare-up, just flip the Flaretrol switch on and a steady stream of air which brings the flames under control.
The EmberGlo 31NC is great for cooking Shish Kabobs which have always been a popular dish. This charbroiler is versatile in cooking almost anything that can be placed on a skewer. In a small period of time, a big variety of foods can be broiled with that distinctive "Outdoor Taste".
