1. Program description
Kitchenall LLC ("Kitchenall", "we") sends transactional text messages about orders you have placed with us: order confirmation, order preparation, shipment and tracking, delivery scheduling, and delivery problems. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS notifications box during checkout on www.kitchenall.com, or by giving verbal consent to a Kitchenall representative when you place or discuss an order. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase; you can complete your order without it. We never buy, rent, or obtain mobile numbers or consent from third parties.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on the status of your order. A typical order generates up to 5 messages between order placement and delivery.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any Kitchenall text message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. Opting out does not affect your order; we will continue to send order updates by email.

7. Privacy
Your mobile number and text-messaging consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device; participating carriers may change without notice.
