The Prepline ENGC-36-N/L 36" commercial gas charbroiler is built for high-performance grilling in busy foodservice kitchens. It operates with three powerful U-shaped burners rated at 30,000 BTU each, delivering even flame coverage every 6 inches across the cooking surface. Stainless steel radiants help spread heat evenly while protecting the burners from grease and debris. Heavy-duty cast iron grates support multiple cooking styles, from high-heat searing to lower-temperature grilling. Grease and excess runoff are collected in a full-width, removable stainless steel grease tray for fast and easy cleanup.

Designed for durability and efficiency, this gas charbroiler features a fully welded backsplash with side splashes to contain grease and minimize mess. An extended cool-touch front edge improves operator safety, while front-access pilot lights allow quick and reliable startup. Adjustable non-skid stainless steel legs provide stable countertop placement. The unit ships configured for natural gas and includes an LP conversion kit for added installation flexibility.
