This Standard Range SR-ER36-36EG-208 36" electric range with a full-width 36" griddle and standard oven is a practical and powerful cooking solution for busy commercial kitchens. Designed for restaurants, diners, cafeterias, hotels, and other foodservice operations, this unit combines a large griddle cooking surface with the added versatility of a standard oven, helping kitchen staff prepare multiple menu items efficiently in one compact footprint.
The 36" griddle top features a durable 3/4" thick steel plate that provides excellent heat retention and even heat distribution across the cooking surface. It is ideal for preparing pancakes, eggs, bacon, burgers, grilled sandwiches, vegetables, and other high-volume menu items. The heavy-duty steel griddle plate is built to handle daily commercial use while delivering consistent cooking performance during peak service hours.
Below the griddle, the standard oven offers a 5 kW output and an adjustable temperature range from 150°F to 550°F. This wide temperature range makes the oven suitable for baking, roasting, warming, and finishing a variety of foods. The oven includes two chrome-plated racks, allowing flexible placement for different pan sizes and cooking needs. For added convenience, this electric range comes standard with pre-installed casters, making it easier to move the unit for cleaning, positioning, or kitchen layout adjustments
This electric range requires a 208V, 3-phase electrical connection and should be installed by a licensed electrician.

Independent Burners

Pre-installed casters allow for easy movement when cleaning. Two locking wheels keep your unit firmly in place. If you don't like the casters, we have interchangeable legs available for you!
