The Standard Range SR-ER36-24EG-208 commercial electric range is a versatile cooking solution for restaurants, cafeterias, and other busy foodservice operations. Designed with two solid round plates, a 24" griddle, and one standard oven, this unit gives your kitchen the flexibility to cook, grill, bake, or hold food using one dependable piece of equipment.
The cooktop features two 9" solid round plates, each with a 2 kW output for fast, even heating. The wide plate design provides excellent contact with stock pots, fry pans, and sauce pans, helping transfer heat efficiently during daily use.. Each plate is controlled by an infinite heat control, allowing operators to adjust the temperature for different cooking needs. The 24" griddle section adds even more cooking capacity for breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus. Its 3/4" thick steel plate provides a strong, smooth cooking surface that is ideal for pancakes, eggs, grilled cheese, burgers, and more. Heating elements are positioned beneath the griddle to help deliver consistent heat across the surface, while the heavy steel construction supports excellent heat retention and quick recovery. A removable grease can is included to make cleanup more convenient.
Below the cooking surface, the standard oven offers dependable performance for light baking, roasting, warming, or holding prepared foods. The oven has a 5 kW output and an adjustable temperature range from 150°F to 550°F. It also comes with two chrome-plated racks that can be placed in three different positions, giving you added flexibility for different pan sizes and cooking tasks.
This electric range requires a 208V, 3-phase electrical connection and should be installed by a licensed electrician.
