The RG7 Commercial Rotisserie is a 7 Spit, 35 Chicken Commercial Chicken BBQ Machine featuring heavy duty 430 Series steel construction, high BTU burners with ceramic bricks. Each motorized spit runs independently in either direction with on/off switch, allowing you to cook a full or partial batch as needed. The drip drawer allows for simple disposal of drippings, and will hold water for added humidity. All unit come ready to use with ceramic bricks and 7 spits with skewers. Cook time or a 3.5 lb. bird is approximately 50 minutes.
Built To Last
The Southwood RG series gas rotisseries are built from heavy duty 430 Series stainless steel for durability. Indepenent motors for each spit allow individual spit control when cooking. Indepenent motors alls mean if a motor goes down the rest of the spits will keep moving. All units come with a 3 year motor warranty and replacement takes 15 minutes. Compare this to more expensive machine that run on a large single motor and the choice is clear

great value, needs a door lockthe door shuts tight but doesnt lock, i would love to see full door lockor somethig to click it in place. otherwise seems solid, i use it 24 hours a day in mdtown manhattan

2 months in...I got this in January and have been firing it up everyday, so far so good. I wish it had more accessories but still love it for the value

Flame must be calibratedThis rotisserie is good. Once we calibrated the flame to blue it cooked nicely. Before we make adjustment the flame was way too strong, but I did not know to calibrate. You need to make adjustment to the the brass pcs which controls the air. When the flame is blue color it is right. This is the trick to getting it cooking properly.

Does what it says.We have this in our hotel and its been reliable. Kitchenall was great about delivering. My last rotisserie was Ampto brand and it was cheap junk. This Southwood is not. We've cooked with it every morning for 3 months and so far so good. Chickens taste great and it looks great for our customers. It comes with everything you need but does not come with a light bulb. Seems like they could throw in a lightbulb for the 3k I spent but I'm nitpicking. Its a good machine.
