The light compact design makes it an easy addition to your commercial kitchen countertop. The all stainless steel construction means it will stay in your kitchen for years to come. The frypot easily removes for simple cleaning and a built-in wire mesh keep crumbs and food debris. Safety features include high temp limit, anti-slip feet make this a larger and more powerful option than Avantco F100 or other smaller units.
