Our pizza prep tables are built for today's chef - Keeping your food service operation running smoothly relies strongly on having the right tools and our Coldline Pizza Prep Tables do just that. Available in various sizes from small to large, our Pizza Prep Tables are made to cater from small kitchens to industrial sized ones.
The Coldline PDR-80 refrigerated pizza prep / dough retarder comes with a large 80" marble (synthetic surface material) above it's 20.2 cubic ft capacity internal storage. Stainless Steel covers the exterior and interior of the pizza prep tables with the inside being cooled by a hydro-carbon R290 refrigerant keeping food at safe temperatures between 33 degrees F and 41 degrees. Each pizza prep table comes with casters installed making moving it around simple as ever and locking the wheels in place even easier. Everything you need will be within an arms reach away - with it's compact yet resourceful design.
PDR-80N features 3 doors for added convenience. PDR-80N doors will NOT fit full size 18”x26” dough boxes. If you use full size dough boxes see model PDR-80W(wide door).
