With a large 11 gallon water capacity, the Standard Range Pasta Cooker handles high-demand situations with ease. The wide temperature range of 86-257°F allows for gentle cooking, making it great for delicate pasta dishes. Equipped with 6 separate pasta baskets, it enables multiple orders to be cooked simultaneously and with precision.
