Skyfood 12" heavy duty gravity feed food slicer. Skyfood 's new and improved 312EC1 design features curved lines, no crevices or gaps, for easy cleaning and sanitation. The heavy duty meat slicer has a resistant and durable stainless steel knife. The slicer's carriage, gauge plate and knife cover are built in anodized aluminum. The machine's carriage system and knife are easy to remove and clean. The 45° carriage automatically feeds product towards the blade, and the powerful, overload protected 1/2 HP motor slices through even the toughest of food products. Large food hopper handles all sizes of cheeses and meats. Top mounted sharpener is always ready to use. Water proof ON/OFF switch with power light indicator.
