Durable product and best priceAlways select the largest one with largest blade and tray if you use slicer in a deli. I use it very frequently, sometimes 2 to 3 hours without stopping to prepare all ingredients for my deli. Use the sharpener once a week and the blade is sharp enough to work. Compared a lot slicer, this is best price I've found.
