This mixer is a true floor model 30 quart mixer. It is quite large, nearly 4 feet. It is very stable, very strong, multiple mixing speeds. It has has a timer, which most of the other mixers I looked at did not. We are very happy with our purchase.

This Prepline 30 quart heavy duty commercial gear driven mixer with timer. A great general purpose planetary mixer for bakers mixing dough or the foods. This unit comes with the bowl and dough hook, flat beater, and wire whip. It also features a #12 hub for the optional meat grinder or vegetable cutter attachments, adding meat grinding, sausage making, and vegetable cutting versatility to your commercial kitchen.
