EFFI WASH: Optimized hydraulic system provides a strong mechanical action combined with the optimum clean water in the tank. Balanced power keeps the perfect sanitation temperature during the cycle of the wash.
EFFI RINSE: Built-in water pressure pump and air break system assuring the best sanitation result, with a linear 180°F full rinsing cycle. It also works with low incoming water pressure, fitting in installations that do not reach the minimum recommended 15-25 psi.
EFFI SILENT: Full double skin provides extra insulation on body and door for noise reduction and thermal efficiency.
SOFT START: Wash-pump power control that prevents wares from damage at the beginning of the washing cycle while assuring a low noise level on location.
MULTI POWER: Easily adapt the power level to your needs. Choose the maximum power for the highest production requirements or reduce consumption with a low power set up.
DIGITAL CONTROLS: Simple digital control panel with digital temperature display for intuitive and user-friendly operation.

Construction
- New double skin stainless steel body structure with stamped design (wash tank, rack guides, control panel..), made to resist strong usage.
- AISI-304 Stainless steel double wash / rinsing arms and tray filters.
- Higher clearance : 15 1/4”.
- Rock counterbalanced door. Double spring and stainless steel hinge system tested to resist the strongest usage. Safe 3 step open system: (1) remove steam, (2) check rack, and (3) remove/ place rack.
- IPX4 - Stronger protection against water hose cleaning and external humidity.
- Multi-connection box: Conveniently located electrical box for easy access that improves maintenance and allows for single or three fase connection in the field and multitension.
- Built-in detergent, rinse pump, drain pumps and pressure pump.
- Each unit comes standard with one (1) flat rack one (1) peg rack and one (1) cutlery container.

EFFI-RINSE
The EFFI-RINSE system guarantees a perfect, hygienic result with a complete, linear rinse cycle at 85ºC thanks to the built-in rinsing pump and the Air Break system design. It also works with low input water pressure, making it the perfect system when the mains water of the installation does not reach the minimum recommended pressure of 2 bars. -

E-vo Generation has been built with a single idea in mind: creating a single body which is full of benefits for all three ranges. Thanks to this, even our most basic range features a double-walled design. This helps soundproof the machine, creating a much more tranquil environment. -
Large Opening
Using our special basket CB7-GN, E-VO CONCEPT, CONCEPT PLUS and ADVANCE undercounters and hood-type machines are able to wash perfectly GN 1/1 trays. A huge advantage for our customers, thanks to its 380 mm clearance for undercounters -
Safe Filtering
Consists in a simple 3 steps filtering system for big, medium and small size dirtiness particles; allowing to keep the wash tank water clean for a longer period of time. -
Soft Start
It reduces the noise levels of the bar or restaurant where it is fitted and stops glasses and plates from moving inside the basket, protecting them against breakage and improving the wash cycle for all dishware. -
Temperature Display
Available on both our Concept Plus and Concept front-loading dishwashers. It shows the operating temperature of the machine, allowing you to quickly and visually check that the machine is operating within the suitable parameters. -
Thermo Stop
Thanks to Thermostop, the dishwasher won’t start rinsing until it reaches the ideal rinsing temperature, 85 °C. When enabled, and if necessary, Thermostop extends the wash cycle until the boiler reaches a rinse temperature that ensures correct sanitisation according to hygiene standards. Some models leave the factory with this mode deactivated, but it can be easily activated.

Good machine
My business has purchased from Kitchenall before. I asked for an high temp undercounter dishwasher recommendation that was no bigger than 24". They suggested Fagor. no problems. The fit is perfect and the dishwasher works as advertised.
