The Everest EPPSR2 is a 59-1/8” wide pizza prep table that comes with a with a side mounted condensing unit, a half-inch thick insulated top lid, and a 19-1/4” deep slide-out cutting board for added convenience. This pizza make table also features a stainless steel interior and exterior, a digital temperature control, and leg stabilizers. Because it provides 16 cubic feet of space and accommodates up to seven 1/3 size top rail pans, this unit is ideal for the needs of medium volume pizza shops and foodservice outlets.

The EPPSR2 runs on eco-friendly hydrocarbon R290 refrigerant. The Blizzard R290 condensing unit is self-contained and fully detachable for easier maintainability. 2-1/2” foamed-in-place polyurethane ensures optimal cooling, while forced air cooling with oversized condenser and ECM fans provides balanced airflow for faster temperature drops.
