Your staff can saute, simmer or boil as well as multitask with the independently controlled burners. 12" x 12" cast iron grate supports your fry pans, saucepans, and all other cookware - plus you can effortlessly slide heavy pots from one burner to the other. Each oven comes with 2 chrome plated racks that can be arranged in four configurations for greater flexibility.
