Each oven comes with 2 chrome plated racks that can be arranged in four configurations for greater flexibility. U-Shape Oven Burner
Powerful U-shape oven burner with 31,000 BTU/Hr, can help the oven reach up to 550°F. U-shape burner can deliver the heat much more evenly inside the oven cavity.
