Equipped with both proofing mode and adjustable humidity settings, it facilitates dough proofing before baking. Enhanced mobility is ensured by four 5-inch swivel casters, while corner bumpers safeguard against accidental impacts. For added stability, two casters feature brakes for stationary positioning when required. Additionally, the door hinges are reversible, providing flexibility to suit your preferences.
