The Cookline CV100-SGL-240 single-deck commercial bakery oven is built for dependable performance and consistent baking results. Its full-size convection design features a durable stainless steel front that resists scratches and rust, while the sides and top are finished with an attractive painted coating. Inside, this oven includes 3 racks, interior lighting, and a porcelain-coated cavity for easy cleaning. Its 1-hour dial timer features an electric buzzer, while the dial thermostat offers a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F. These intuitive controls ensure precise, consistent cooking, allowing kitchen staff to monitor progress easily while focusing on other tasks. Units ship pre-wried for Single Phase but all convection ovens can be converted in the field by your electrical at installation from Single Phase to 3 Phase or 3 Phase to Single Phase.

This unit features a full-size baking cavity with 3 adjustable wire racks, supported by 11 sets of slide rails along the interior walls for flexible configurations that accommodate trays or full-size food pans.
