Its 1-hour dial timer features an electric buzzer, while the dial thermostat offers a temperature range of 150°F to 550°F. These intuitive controls ensure precise, consistent cooking, allowing kitchen staff to monitor progress easily while focusing on other tasks. Units ship pre-wried for Single Phase but all convection ovens can be converted in the field by your electrical at installation from Single Phase to 3 Phase or 3 Phase to Single Phase.
