Temperature control
Temperature from 32 up to 350°F on this wok range is perfect to fit all kinds of Chinese cooking methods from simmering to stir-frying. Easy installation and I can also put it on my table with the height of 6" adjustable legs. it's worth trying when cooking Chinese food.
