No gas? No problem with Cookline CF-40E-240-3 40 lb. electric floor deep fryer. Designed to be efficient and easy to use, this 15.75" deep fryer includes a stainless steel fry pot rated for 40 lb. of oil. Two twin baskets are included and the unit can support a single wide basket desired. The built-in thermostat assures quick recovery time. Slanted bottom with drain pipe makes draining and cleaning simple. Units ship pre-wried for 3 Phase but can be converted in the field by your electrical at installation from 3 Phase to Single Phase or Single Phase to 3 Phase. *This unit should be installed by a licensed electrician.

Great for Korean Fried Chicken
Kitchenall sold us this model to make Korean fried chicken and we have been very happy. peeps is unable to use gas equipment so we needed electric only. Its heavy duty and heats up fast. Our chicken is very moist with a crunchy outside just as we would like.
