No gas? No problem with Cookline CF-40E-208-1 50 lb. electric floor deep fryer. Designed to be efficient and easy to use, this 15.5" deep fryer includes a stainless steel fry pot rated for 50 lb. of oil. Two twin baskets are included and the unit can support a single wide basket desired. The built-in thermostat assures quick recovery time. Slanted bottom with drain pipe makes draining and cleaning simple.
This unit requires a 208V, single-phase electrical connection and should be installed by a licensed electrician.

3 phased glory
Initially purchased imperial fryers but we received single phase instead of 3 phase we asked kitchenall to exchange for Cookline 3 phase and they switched them without any be. These 3 phase fryers work perfectly and cost 1/2 as much so this mistake was serendipitous.

Powerful electric fryer
We do not have gas and needed electric equipment only. This item is just what we needed. It’s a full size floor fryer with enough capacity for a full service restaurant. Comes with two baskets. Recovery time is fast there is more than enough power just make sure you have 220V electrical. Ours did not have a plug our electrician had to install it.
