Good product at a low price
The process of ordering this took more time than I would have liked. There was some back and forth with drawings and dimensions that I feel could have been more efficient. However I am pleased to say that the final delivered product is exactly as I'd hoped. This is a very strong sturdy Chinese range it should last many many years to come. Which is good because its very very big and difficult to move. You will need an army to install this at time of delivery. I suggest adding casters it makes moving it in much easier.

Commercial Chinese Wok Range With 3 Chambers. AGA Certified, NSF Approved, Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Construction. Final length is customizable between 56" and 70", depending on the ring size you choose. Larger rings equal larger Wok ranges.
Wok Ranges are custom built to order. FINAL LENGTH determined by chamber size. Photo is for reference only. All buyers will sign off on technical drawing before unit enters production.
Achieve great stir fry dishes, soups, and savoury sauces with the SINO WOK 3 Chinese Wok range. This 3 chamber model comes with an easy to access to 2 manually controlled swing faucets, front gas 1.5" manifold for each burner, and flexible burner type configurations. A heavy duty stainless steel construction gives this Chinese Wok burner a stylish look while protecting it from rust, corrosion, and tarnishing.
The water cooled top helps control stove top temperature for added convenience. Even better, the WOK 3 comes with a stainless steel front, pipe rack and splash guard. Optional features include cast iron burner cover for directing more heat into the Wok, removable backsplash, and heavy duty portability casters for moving the unit. Custom Built for You
Every Chinese Wok Range is custom built by professionals to your exact spec in about 3-5 Weeks. You chose ring diameter, burner type, and over all length. Before anything enters production you will sign on off on a detailed technical drawing, ensuring everything is perfect. -
Heavy Metal
Each Wok range uses 14GA 304 Series stainless steel bodies with 10GA hot rolled steel chambers to withstand the harshest abuse. 16GA legs and a stainless steel backsplash make for a durable Wok range that can hold up in the toughest commercial kitchens. -
Choose Jet or Ring Burners
Any Wok Range can be built with Jet Burner or Ring Burner in any chamber. Choose the standard 23 Tip Jet burner with 120k BTU per chamber, or upgrade to the 145K BTU 32 Tip. Ring Burners come standard with 2 Rings while 3 Rings are available. You can choose any burner type or mix and match. -
Wok Your Way
You have full control over how your Wok is built. Not only can you choose the diameter and Bruner the for each chamber. You can even adjust the placement and over all Wok dimensions to your liking. A precise technical drawing will be presented for your final approval before it enters production. -
Swing Faucets Included
Each Wok chamber comes with its own manual swing faucet. Want even more faucets? No problem, tell us where to put it. Faucets can also be optionally upgraded from manual to auto. -
Built In Waste Drain
These Woks use running water over the surface of the Wok to both cool the Chinese range and to gather and direct refuse toward the built in waste drain with included basket. The basket can easily be removed and emptied to maintain the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation.
