The Winco RD-8 is a dough docker with a 5 inch wide head. Featuring a heavy duty plastic barrel with stainless steel pins, this full-size roller docker does a great job of perforating pizza dough to prevent unattractive air bubbles from forming in your pizza crust. From thin to deep dish thick crust, the solid stainless steel handle is both a pleasure to use and easy to clean.
