The Winco KH-6 is a hobby knife designed for delicate and precise cutting applications. It uses a #11 fine-point blade to ensure a sharp and accurate cut. The knife is lightweight and has a textured grip for great comfort and control. A great tool for delicate cutting and trimming especially in cake decoration applications. It is also very easy to clean with a washcloth and warm, soapy water.
