Winco HBP-3 Kattex Heavy-Duty Handheld Hamburger Press

The HBP-3 is a Hamburger Patty Press from Winco. This heavy-duty press features 4" (for 1/4 lb patties) and 5" (for 1/2 lb) press plates, which are interchangeable. Likewise, the patty-paper holder can also hold either 4" or 5" patty papers. The press is operated manually with a single lever. This product is constructed of anodized aluminum with stainless steel bowls and press plates, and it also features a silver color.
