The Winco Benchmark 60048 is a stainless steel hot dog steamer. With a 164 hot dog capacity, and a 36 bun capacity, this is a great unit to serve a large crowd or gathering. It is ideal for a convenience stores, concession stands, break rooms, cafeterias, snack bars, and fast food restaurants. The unique divided hot dog tray allows for different sizes of dogs or sausages to be cooked and merchandised simultaneously.

The 60048 has a 7 quart water reservoir, which allows the unit to have a large amount of water to create more steam. The steam keeps the hot dogs fresh for a long period of time, and it allows you to keep the same product in the machine without frequently changing them out.
