The Winco Benchmark 51040 countertop hot food display case is a stainless steel display case, with an adjustable thermostat for any application and many food options. There are two doors, one on each side, to allow two people at once to help themselves, or a customer taking food out of the front of the unit and an employee loading more product in the other door.

The 51040 has three adjustable chrome-plated racks for holding and displaying food in the case. The graphics also allow the customer to spot the display case easier than something without signage or graphics.
