The denser hole perforations on these sheet pans allow for better air circulation and heat conductivity, typically preferred by bakers for a crispier outcome. This sheet pan is exceptionally durable and will not warp under high temperatures. As an added bonus, its perforated surface offers easy product removal, so you will not need to use additional oil or baking paper.
