The True Ice Maker Series can produce between 443 lbs to 630 lbs. of ice per 24 hours depending on the model and features an environmentally friendly R290 refrigeration system for optimal ice production and energy efficiency, operating 30% below DOE 2018 standards and 20% below Energy Star requirements. Superior sanitation is ensured with TrueZone* protection, which purifies the surrounding air in the bin and food zone, and TrueGuard Antimicrobial embedded in every plastic piece, including bin liners. Food zone pieces can be easily removed without tools for simple 1-touch cleaning, and the unit also features an easily removable air filter with RCU technology. The advanced control touch screen includes a 4.3" front display, the largest in the industry, for simple touch operation. The advanced diagnostics system allows for predictive and proactive measures, with built-in alarms and push notifications, programmable ice production, and a time-of-flight ice sensor that eliminates the need for bin thermostats. Remote monitoring capabilities allow for easy back-end data access, location-based performance enhancement, and remote shut-off. The high-performance copper evaporator plate requires no harvest assist and is fully insulated and sealed for efficiency and cleanliness. The construction features TrueTech aluminum front and sides, an all-plastic interior, and a single-piece case for both 22" and 30" units. The refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, high and low-pressure transducers for gauge-free servicing, a microchannel condenser for superior efficiency, a wide operating range from 35°F to 110°F ambient, and ultra-quiet fan operation. Air-cooled units require 6” (15.24mm) clearance for air intake and exhaust on the left, right, and back sides.
