The case is designed to place pizzas directly onto the perforated racks, this allows air to circulate, creating a crispier pizza crust. The curved glass improves the visibility of your pizza products, the case has an adjustable thermostat and has a choice of a humidified heating environment or dry mode. Removable tray at bottom of case makes cleaning fast and easy.
