The only spatula you need
I bought my first ones of these over 30 years ago in Paris. They last forever. I decided it was time to get a new one the old one was discolored but still functional. They are so much better than a wood spoon that holds bacteria. They are hard so they can scrape the bottom of a pan to get the cooked little bits off but not scratch the pan like a metal tool or too soft like a silicone spatula. It is made of a hard plastic that can withstand high heat.(Just don't let it sit on the edge of a pan too long it will melt.) I now have various sizes for my kitchen. It is worth the price!
