Pro-Max grills are available with smooth or grooved surfaces and combination smooth/groove surfaces. You may select from aluminum plates for warming and browning or cast iron plates for high heat cooking. The available electronic temperature control and timer are industry leading options that ensure your products are cooked or warmed precisely.
