The Prepline MPI1836 insulated heated proofer and holding cabinet, crafted from aluminum, effectively conducts and retains heat. The insulated construction of this full-size heater proofer cabinet results in energy savings of up to 35% compared to non-insulated models. Its spacious design provides ample room for food preparation and can securely accommodate up to (36) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. Equipped with both proofing mode and adjustable humidity settings, it facilitates dough proofing before baking. Enhanced mobility is ensured by four 5-inch swivel casters, while corner bumpers safeguard against accidental impacts. For added stability, two casters feature brakes for stationary positioning when required. Additionally, the door hinges are reversible, providing flexibility to suit your preferences.
