Keep your dishes hot and ready to serve with Prepline's durable stainless steel gas steam table - built to handle the demands of any commercial kitchen. Each well is equipped with its own 3,500 BTU jet burner, allowing you to heat food quickly and maintain the perfect serving temperature. Independent controls let you adjust each well separately -ideal for holding different menu items at once. An 8" deep, 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides extra workspace for food prep, plating, or swapping out pans. The undershelf offers handy storage for utensils, lids, and food pans, keeping everything you need within reach. Featuring a heavy-duty stainless steel construction, this steam table is made to last and withstand daily use in busy restaurants, cafeterias, and catering operations.
For safety, we recommend against installing casters (wheels) on any steam tables.

This Prepline steam table comes with durable stainless steel undershelf, providing extra space to store kitchen tools, convenient and space-saving. -
8” Deep Poly Cutting Board Included
All Prepline steam tables include an 8” deep by 1/2" thick high quality poly cutting board for cutting, chopping, and preparing foods. -
For Water or Dry Heat
Open well steam tables can be used with water (spillage pans sold separately) or dry heat, giving you added versatility when serving and presenting different types of food. You can even use each compartment independently, one for dry food, another for water, or even turn one off if you don’t need it. -
Independent Heat Controls
Each steam table compartment features its own thermostat so you have the freedom to heat different foods to different temperatures, or not at all, with or without water. -
No Plumbing or Drain Needed
This steam table features independent "open well" compartments that accept spillage pans for holding water, making for a much easier installation vs sealed well types. Simply fill the spillage pans with water, insert your food pans and you're ready to serve. No plumbing or drain required.
