The Pitco P18 commercial fryer filter has a welded steel frame attached to four swivel casters for efficient storage and movement. The pump assembly enclosure and filter pan are constructed of polished stainless steel, while the lift cover is made of 18-gauge stainless steel. All other surfaces on the filter, such as the return hose nozzle, have a nickel-plated finish that provides corrosion resistance, protecting the base metal from rusting.
