Start up procedure
I banged my head on a wall for 45 minutes trying to figure out why this mixer would not start. Kitchenall helped by phone, but should be more clear.
1. Bowl needs to be UP
2. Guard needs to be CLOSED
3. Timer needs to be SET

Impressive Quality
We replaced a Globe and I'm struggling to figure out why i paid 2 x the price in the past. These are perfectly good quality mixers and I expect to purchase the 30 quart model next.

This Prepline 20 quart heavy duty commercial gear driven mixer with timer. A great general purpose planetary mixer for bakers mixing dough or the foods. This unit comes with the bowl and dough hook, flat beater, and wire whip. It also features a #12 hub for the optional meat grinder or vegetable cutter attachments, adding meat grinding, sausage making, and vegetable cutting versatility to your commercial kitchen.
