All walk-ins feature polyurethane foamed-in-place panels for the most reliable cooling performance. Due to its superior insulation properties, polyurethane foam allows for thinner walls which maximizes your storage space. Norlake panels meet or exceed federal Energy Independence and Security Act requirements and feature an eco-friendly blowing agent with zero ozone depletion potential.

Standard roof and wall panels are four inches thick and feature a corrosion-resistant 26-gauge acrylic-coated galvanized steel interior and exterior finish.

The Norlake cam-locking system makes assembly an easy process. Panels are locked together using a factory-supplied 5/16-in hex wrench. Panels may also be taken apart just as easily for relocation or expansion of your walk-in.

Standard doors are designed for a reliable closure with spring-loaded cam-lift hinges. Field-adjustable backing plates on hinges ensure a proper fit of the door to its opening during installation and allow for any necessary future adjustments.

All walk-in doors also feature a standard deadbolt-locking handle for extra security.

Floors, when required, feature a standard smooth aluminum surface and support 700 pounds per square foot (evenly distributed stationary load). Reinforced or structural floors may also be specified for heavy-duty traffic.

Each Kold Locker walk in cooler or freezer is matched with a Norlake Capsule Pak refrigeration system featuring a flush coil to allow 100% usable interior space.

Kold Locker walk ins are designed for fast and easy installation with cord and plug electrical connection on indoor and outdoor models. Additionally, no drain line is required on indoor models.

Standard features include a deadbolt locking handle for security and high output LED light positioned above the door to prevent interference with shelving or product.

Kold Locker walk ins range from 4' x 6' to 8' x 20' and in heights of 6'7" and 7'7" with-floor and 7'4" less-floor. Select from indoor or outdoor models. Each walk in also has a 15-year panel warranty, one of the best in the industry.
