Stockpot stove offers a stove and cabinet for storage and such an assembly could never go wrong for a commercial kitchen. Migali's 18" wide stock pot stove is designed ergonomically for cooking and simmering broths and bouillons. The entire assembly is made of heavy duty stainless steel which are durable for good long years. The cast iron trivets on the burner are removable according to the convenience. The two burners can be controlled manually by chrome temperature knobs and features 3/4" gas inlet. The storage area could be used for placing all your cooking tools just below it so you don't have to go back and forth every time to find a ladle spoon.
