The cast iron grates can be uninstalled and reinstalled easily for cleaning purposes. The four adjustable legs of the unit helping in easy moving while reorganizing the layout of the kitchen. The wall beyond the assembly stays cleans because of rear located backsplash and heat is transferred to the hood ventilation system. The whole interior and exterior is made of heavy duty durable stainless steel.
