The Meiko FV 40.2 Point 2 series undercounter dishmachine employs an Active Plus filtration system to remove soiled water, improving the machine's water quality. It is a high-temperature dishwasher, which means it heats water to 180 degrees Fahrenheit in order to properly sanitize dishes. Equipped with a Soft Start wash pump, this unit protects glassware and fine china from chipping as the cycle proceeds. When the washer shuts down, it automatically rinses out the chamber to remove any lingering detergent or food deposits.
