The HDL Series refrigerated Deli case is a rear access, straight glass, American made Display refrigerator. All Kitchenall sold units are made of stainless steel and include LED lighting and self contained compressors.
Each HDL stands 53" High and includes 2 shelves and the base level for displaying product. There is LED lighting at the top and under each shelf for top notch presentation.
The heavy duty stainless steel top measures 27" front to back, providing plenty room to work on top of, or to set equipment or even other displays. Features sliding rear glass doors and each unit has additional refrigerated storage, accessible through an additional rear door at the base of the unit.
Gravity coil refrigeration is ideal for keeping unpackaged meats and prepared foods from drying out. This Fan Refrigeration Unit is a simpler system best used for covered or packaged foods.
