Commercial Coffee Brewer Details:

• 2 bean hoppers allow you to grind and brew 2 varieties of coffee from one brewer
• Each hopper holds 6 1 2 lbs. of beans
• Brews batches of 64 oz.
• Three modes allow users to select "Grind Only", "Brew Only", or "Grind 'n Brew"
• Users can select to brew a full or half batch
• Counter records the volume of beans used from hopper to help keep track of inventory
• Grind time for both half and full batches can be set from the front of the equipment
• A shutter keeps water vapor from brewing coffee away from the grind head to prevent clogging
• Pulse brewing and pre-infusion features are programmable for number of pulses, pulse-on time, and pulse-off time for a better coffee extraction and a richer taste
• Low-temp/no-brew features prevents machine from brewing coffee until water has reached the optimum temperature
• Programmable lockout feature allows operators to lock out controls to prevent them from being tampered with
