The FETCO by ELMECO frozen granita machine has exclusive features that make adding this to your operation simple and easy. The double auger design optimizes flavor and taste by churning simultaneously to ensure a steady, homogenous product mixture. The “Total Cold” system helps eliminate waste because the pan under the auger remains at the perfect temperature and keeps product cold no matter how much is left to serve. The Condensation bypass system improves sanitary conditions as it is designed to channel outer tank condensation directly into the drip pan so it can never touch the spout or drip into beverages. The “Seal-less” drive system promotes longer life since it eliminates preventive maintenance and mandatory seal replacements.

The machine features a wide range of operator controls to make managing your cold beverage service simple and easy. Control functions such as lamp interval, bypass, keypad locking, wash settings and timed defrost help the operator. Auto diagnostics monitor performance metrics and alerts operators when attention or troubleshooting is required for the thermal system, motor, voltage, fill levels & refill functions. Servicing is simpler since the operator has the ability to make adjusents to the machine through the touchpad.

The machine acts as a cold beverage dispenser and can also create various levels of viscous ice for cold drinks and crushed Ice beverages. Program the Automatic Defrost setting to automatically switch to “stand-by” mode to preserve beverage quality during low-to-no traffic hours. For the ultimate in flexibility the machine has 9 levels of ice viscosity levels for fine ice production or chunkier iced drinks. With the Minimum Level Alert when the cold product falls below a minimum specified level, the built-in cover light flashes intermittently every 20 minutes until the machine is tended to. Rest assured with Settings Preservation, machine settings are not affected by an unexpected power loss.
