Stainless steel body structure with stamped design (wash tank, rack guides, control panel), made to resist heavy usage. AISI-304 stainless steel construction with independent wash and rinsing arms and tray filters. Field adjustable straight-through or corner operations. Higher clearance of 17”. Advanced soft-lift counterbalanced system and magnetic switch for the hood. IPX4 rating for stronger protection against water hose cleaning and external humidity. Multi-connection box with conveniently located electrical box for easy access, improving maintenance and allowing for single or three phase and multi-tension connection in the field. Built-in detergent and rinse-aid dispenser and built-in rinse pump.
Effi Wash: Optimized hydraulic system provides a strong mechanical action combined with optimum clean water in the tank. Balanced power maintains the perfect sanitation temperature during the wash cycle.
Effi Rinse: Built-in water pressure pump and air break system assure the best sanitation result with a linear 180 F full rinsing cycle. It also operates with low input water pressure, fitting installations that do not reach the minimum recommended 15–25 psi.
Soft Start: Wash-pump power control prevents wares from damage at the beginning of the washing cycle while ensuring a low noise level in your facility.
Digital Controls: Simple digital control panel for intuitive and user-friendly operation.

EFFI-RINSE
The EFFI-RINSE system guarantees a perfect, hygienic result with a complete, linear rinse cycle at 85ºC thanks to the built-in rinsing pump and the Air Break system design. It also works with low input water pressure, making it the perfect system when the mains water of the installation does not reach the minimum recommended pressure of 2 bars. -
Insulates Noise
Our Advance range has a double-walled hood which helps soundproof the machine and create a quieter work environment. -
Large Opening
All of our Concept, Concept Plus and Advance hood-type dishwashers are perfectly able to wash GN-1/1 trays. Their large 440 mm opening offers a great deal of versatility. -
Safe Filtering
Consists in a simple 3 steps filtering system for big, medium and small size dirtiness particles; allowing to keep the wash tank water clean for a longer period of time. -
Soft Start
It reduces the noise levels of the bar or restaurant where it is fitted and stops glasses and plates from moving inside the basket, protecting them against breakage and improving the wash cycle for all dishware. -
Temperature Display
Available on both our Concept Plus and Concept front-loading dishwashers. It shows the operating temperature of the machine, allowing you to quickly and visually check that the machine is operating within the suitable parameters. -
Thermo Stop
Thanks to Thermostop, the dishwasher won’t start rinsing until it reaches the ideal rinsing temperature, 85 °C. When enabled, and if necessary, Thermostop extends the wash cycle until the boiler reaches a rinse temperature that ensures correct sanitisation according to hygiene standards. Some models leave the factory with this mode deactivated, but it can be easily activated.

Fast Hi Volume Hi Temp
We considered low temp due to price but decided against it bc of all of the chemicals they need to be effective. This dishwasher is high temp and very high volume. We run it all day and its a workhorse. Recommended.

Fagor
Fagor makes a door type pass through dishwasher that is very capable I only wish kitchenall would sell me the cleanser I don’t get it. Why would you sell me a $4000 dishwasher and refuse to accept my money for the detergent? Crazy town.

I almost bought a low temp dishwasher to save money. I went with this Fagor instead. I think having the high temp dishwasher is worth it.
