This 59 1/8” wide mega top sandwich prep table from Everest Refrigeration has a larger food pan holding area, making it easier for your staff to access toppings. It is also equipped with a detachable 9 1/8” deep cutting board, and (2) 1/2” thick insulated top lids. Designed to handle the needs of medium volume sandwich shops and other foodservice businesses, the EPBWR2 provides 16 cubic feet of space and comes with (24) 1/6 size top pans. This 59 inch sandwich prep station has a cabinet with 2.5” foamed in place polyurethane insulation. Furthermore, a forced air-cooling system with an oversized condenser and ECM fans provide balanced airflow throughout the cabinet for a faster temperature drop.
