The Everest EPBR3 model is a 71 1/8” wide commercial sandwich prep table with 3 adjustable self closing doors, a detachable 9 1/8” deep cutting board, (2) 1/2” thick insulated top lids, and (30) 1/6 size top pans. This is a large and versatile sandwich prep station that is ideal for medium to high volume salad bars, delis, casual restaurants, and cafes. It provides 19 cubic feet of space so you can refrigerate as many sandwich ingredients as you need.
This refrigerated sandwich prep table comes with a rear mounted refrigerated system that runs on eco-friendly hydrocarbon R290 refrigerant. 2.5” thick foamed-in-place polyurethane provides proper insultation throughout the cabinet.
